Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $24-$26 per hour DOE

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm

Location: Greenville, SC

What’s a typical day as a Purchase Order & Payment Support Analyst? You’ll be:

• Managing supplier onboarding and maintenance within systems of record.
• Processing and tracking purchase orders from creation through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Providing expert guidance to internal and external customers on system navigation and purchasing procedures.
• Resolving purchase order-related issues and advising on cost discrepancies through professional communication.
• Maintaining, updating, and tracking purchase order status and invoice requests in Smartsheet.
• Preparing precise, detailed reports on purchase order creation, balances, and open items.
• Supporting 3rd party freight payment inquiries and investigating non-PO invoice discrepancies.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting additional reporting needs to enhance operational efficiency.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

• Have 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field (must have).
• Are advanced in MS Excel and proficient in the rest of the MS Office Suite (must have).
• Possess strong skills in Smartsheets
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management (preferred).
• Bring 2+ years of proven experience in data, operational, and financial analysis (preferred).
• Excel at multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
