The VISTA will work on public policy research, grant program support, data management, stakeholder engagement, and digital outreach by assisting the SWFRPC and the 23 local governments within its regional boundaries.

Member Duties : 1. Conduct public policy research & support grant programs for SWFRPC priority projects. a. Identify/summarize regional policy & funding needs. b. Research relevant public policies, grant programs, & funding sources. c. Prepare brief reports and funding summaries for partners. d. Assist with grant applications & program administration. 2. Manage data, metrics, & reporting related to priority projects. a. Develop and maintain databases, baseline data, & performance metrics. b. Track funding, jobs, economic indicators, & other socioeconomic data. c. Monitor and report on SWFRPC initiatives & priority projects. 3. Strengthen stakeholder engagement & digital outreach. a. Recruit & coordinate Regional participants for grant specific programs. b. Engage community organizations, local governments, and regional partners. c. Develop digital content, promotional materials, & contact lists. d. Assist with meetings, outreach activities, & stakeholder communications.
