Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Acquisition Management Specialist in Crane, IN. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acquisition support, COR support, and Purchase Requisition (PR) input support to include, but not limited to:
  • Planning, Tracking and Analysis of Acquisition Requirements
  • PR Input Monitoring Performance Tracking of Funds and Payment
  • Preparation and Review of Acquisition Requirements Documentation Meeting minutes
  • Document Handling Reporting
  • Data Entry
  • Experience and proficiency in Department of Defense and Department of Navy (DoN) acquisition regulations and requirements
  • Track existing contract ordering periods and service periods of performance and monitor follow-on contract actions as required
  • New definitive contracts
  • New Basic IDIQ and Requirements contracts
  • New Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA)
  • All Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) actions (including GSA, GWACs, etc.)
  • New OTs
  • All Orders (Delivery, Task, and Job Orders)
  • All New SeaPort TOs
  • All OT Project Orders
  • All incremental funding modifications (FAR-based and Non-FAR Based)
  • Option Exercise modifications
  • OT Project Order Phase Execution modifications
  • All other modifications requested by the RTAAcquisition Management provides daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior level executives. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have a Secret Clearance
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree
  • 3-7 years as a contract/ acquisition specialist
