Estimator – Mechanical Contractor, Full Benefits + 401k Match – Direct Hire

** $100,000 - $120,000 annual base salary, medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, and PTO starting at 15 days

• 50+ year old full-service mechanical contractor and recognized industry leader across the Pacific Northwest
• Specializes in preconstruction, design-build, energy, automation, fabrication, and facility services for industrial and commercial clients

The Position

• Manage all aspects of the estimating process including material and labor takeoffs, equipment pricing, and subcontractor coordination
• Develop accurate, competitive estimates from conceptual phase through fully designed documents
• Support bid day activities and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Maintain up-to-date pricing, labor data, and schematic budget databases in estimating software

The Details

• 5+ years of industrial estimating experience required
• Familiarity with industrial piping, HVAC systems, and heavy mechanical equipment
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and P&IDs
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with computer-based estimating tools
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
