Key Responsibilities
- Price high volumes of candidates to support timely, competitive, and equitable offers.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and leaders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Conduct enterprise-wide compensation analysis and market pricing using survey data and internal benchmarks.
- Maintain job structures, leveling, and compensation guidelines for consistency.
- Support annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and salary structure updates.
- Provide clear, data-driven recommendations for job evaluations and pay decisions.
- Manage multiple priorities with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Build tools, dashboards, and reports that improve visibility into pay trends and business impacts.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pay regulations.
- You are a trusted partner delivering timely, accurate compensation guidance.
- Candidate pricing is consistent, confident, and backed by market and internal data.
- You demonstrate an understanding of how roles across functions contribute to EB’s mission—and apply that insight in compensation decisions.

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–7 years of experience in an exempt analytical, HR, finance, or business operations role
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data and apply analysis to business decisions (e.g., at least two years of working with data sets, reports, or analytical tools)
- Ability to manage high- volume workloads with competing priorities (supporting multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, or stakeholder groups)
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with business partners across two or more functional areas
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, analytics tools, or HR/Finance systems (i.e. Excel, PowerBI, PeopleSoft, or similar tools)
- 3–7 years in EB or similar complex manufacturing/engineering environment
- Experience supporting two or more EB functional areas
- 1+ year of experience in people analytics, compensation, or job evaluation
- Support of high- volume or fast- paced operations
- Advanced modeling or dashboard development (e.g., building reports, models, or dashboards using Excel, PowerBI, or similar platforms)
- Degree in Business, HR, Finance, Analytics, IO Psychology, Org Leadership/Development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey data driven recommendations
