Responsibilities
- Integrated Scheduling and reporting including resourcing, critical/float path management
- Cost Analysis and reporting (including charts and diagrams)
- Forecasting
- Project performance updating from stakeholders
- Documentation of cost and schedule data including benchmarking
- Earned Value analysis
- Change Management
- Budgeting
- Risk Management and change control
- Contract Oversight
- Scope Management
- 2-5 years of directly related experience in cost accounting, scheduling, and/or project management on engineering services and/or construction projects
- Proficiency and knowledge of cost/planning/control and reporting techniques, specifically project accounting practices and use of financial systems (e.g., system input and reporting, invoicing and cash flow, revenue recognition, etc.)
- Very proficient computer skills using MS Excel, Access, Project, Word and Power Point
- Working knowledge of Critical Path Method scheduling theories
- Working knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera (P6) scheduling software
- Proven accuracy, reliability, and completeness in job accomplishment
- Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments
- Ability to deal with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Acceptance that some travel may be required
- BS in Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
- Experience in the T&D utility industry
