What You Will Do
At SPL, you are an integral part of our team - driving meaningful projects and witnessing the tangible difference your work makes. As a Senior Executive, Ticket Service Provider, you will be responsible for managing budget planning, cost analysis, and financial processes to support operational needs. You will oversee contracts and procurement activities, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution. In addition, you will monitor asset lifecycles, support audit processes, and drive continuous improvements in workflows and controls to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance..
Key Tasks You Will Be Involved In
1) Budget Planning & Financial Management
- Manage budget planning and cost management for the Ticket Service Provider (TSP) department.
- Support short- and long-term resource planning for TSP operations.
- Analyze profit and loss performance, recommending cost-effective solutions to improve efficiency.
- Track and review revenue and expenditure regularly to ensure financial discipline.
2) Contract Management
- Oversee all TSP contracts, ensuring proper tracking of validity, renewals, and expiries.
- Prepare, develop, and review new contracts, providing end-to-end support from stakeholder negotiations to contract finalization.
3) Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source direct and indirect materials, and manage relationships with both local and international vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve optimal value.
- Plan and execute procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery and preventing shortages, overcharges, or quality issues.
- Resolve supply, service, quality, and invoicing issues with stakeholders and vendors, while identifying and addressing process bottlenecks.
4) Operations Support & Asset Management
- Support procurement strategies for daily Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities and asset lifecycle management, including replacement, modification, and disposal.
- Monitor lifecycle costing and end-of-life status of all TSP assets to support planning and decision-making.
5) Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain key documentation, including Tender Documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and reports, ensuring accuracy and validity.
- Assist in planning and conducting audits to ensure O&M processes comply with established SOPs and WIs.
6) Additional Duties
- Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.

- An attractive annual compensation package within the indicative range of $58,000 to $65,000, with compensation commensurate with experience, including an Additional Wage Supplement and Performance Bonus.

This role might be for you if you have:
- Training in Business Administration, Business Studies, Business Management, Business Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environment, with exposure to budget planning, contract management, and/or procurement.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
