Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Surveyor with a strong background in the construction industry to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, project valuations, and commercial control, ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maintaining contractual and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, and valuations.

* Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance.

* Manage variations, change orders, and contractual claims.

* Review contracts, drawings, and specifications for commercial implications.

* Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.

* Process subcontractor and supplier valuations and payments.

* Maintain accurate cost records and prepare regular commercial reports.

* Liaise with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors on commercial matters.

* Support project close-out, cost reconciliation, and final account settlement.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum 4 years of experience as a Surveyor with a strong background in construction projects.

* Sound knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost control, contract administration, and construction methodologies.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.

* Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices is an advantage.

* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

* Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

* Experience in high-rise building projects is an added advantage.
