Qualifications:

• Preparation of a ‘Bill of Quantities’, for Industrial, Commercial, Fit-out and Residential projects which lists the individual components required to construct the project;
• Providing technical support to Sales team to ensure that details are properly conveyed to client and if required attend client meetings;
• Obtaining the best pricing from each Supplier/subcontractor, breaking out material, labor and equipment as necessary;
• Assisting in costs analysis project work;
• Assisting in identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks;
• Assisting in preparation of progress/cost reports.
