Operations Solutions Analyst

In this role, you will help the organization get the most value out of its data by identifying and monitoring key operational data scenarios, providing high-quality and transparent data to stakeholders, supporting the development and implementation of the target data landscape, and enabling better, faster decision-making across the organization by ensuring data is accurate, accessible and fit for purpose.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work with the business leaders to establish Enterprise-wide accountability for data, link business objectives with data needs and identify/measure/close data quality gaps.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, metrics, and reporting packages to provide transparency into vendor performance, billing operations, and key business outcomes.
- Effectively research, audit and document findings to the Data team and other business partners.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement automation opportunities that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance data quality.
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) Capabilities to automate and streamline vendor contract and billing processes.
- Support vendor governance activities through data analysis, process documentation, workflow standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Consolidate/streamline/map activities of the various data repositories in the organization.
- Conduct quality reviews and establish ongoing monitoring/reporting of key corporate data.
- Provide support for revenue collection and operational efficiencies.
- Supports vendor payment processes, administration, billing reconciliation, and financial controls.
- Develop working relationships with technical personnel throughout the organization and ensure collaboration on activities.
- Identify data anomalies and effectively communicate/escalate to management.
- Supports organization with process improvement & automation initiatives.
- Bachelors Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Data Management area
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Data Management area
- Experience with data interrogation/analysis techniques
- Experience with Digital Transaction Management (DTM) platforms, including design, configuration, and support
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions to streamline contract creation, approval, and storage
- Experience with document automation tools to reduce manual effort and improve data quality
- Experience with workflow automation technologies to optimize end-to-end business processes and enhance stakeholder experience
