Asset Management Analyst | Temp-to-Perm

Location: Altamonte Springs, FL (On-site)

Level: Entry-Level (P1)

Are you an organized, naturally curious problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented Asset Management Analyst to join a leading healthcare team in Altamonte Springs.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional who loves connecting the dots, taking initiative, and taking ownership of their work. While healthcare product familiarity is a bonus, we care most about your self-motivation, investigative mindset, and ability to learn quickly.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage Workflow & Relationships: Serve as a primary liaison between internal hospital departments, procurement teams, and external vendors with a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Order & Work Queue Management: Daily review of work queues to place critical orders by deadline based on priority, tracking orders to ensure accurate, timely delivery.
  • Vendor & Invoice Oversight: Review and negotiate vendor quotes for labor and parts, auditing invoices for accuracy against negotiated rates and processing them within standard accounting terms.
  • Smart Sourcing & Cost Analysis: Evaluate equipment repair histories to determine whether to repair or replace assets. Decide whether to source via OEMs or third-party vendors to maximize cost-efficiency.
  • Systems & Process Optimization: Navigate inventory databases (MMIS, VendorMate, Premier, SharePoint) and identify opportunities for workflow automation (e.g., EDI) to prevent recurring errors.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree OR practical supply chain management experience.
  • Core Skills: Solid foundation in supply chain logistics, general accounting concepts, and strong cost-analysis abilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort navigating online database systems (MMIS, SharePoint, vendor portals).
  • Work Ethic: Strong oral and written communication skills, high sense of urgency, sharp attention to detail, and proven ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Mindset: An inquisitive, self-motivated nature—eager to ask questions, solve problems, and take full ownership of results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience or general operational knowledge within a hospital setting (e.g., Operating Room, Cath Lab, or Surgery lines).
  • Familiarity with general equipment maintenance terminology.

Why Apply?

  • Pathway to Perm: Temp-to-perm transition for high performers in a stable, essential industry.
  • Supportive Environment: Comprehensive onboarding designed to build on your foundation and help you succeed.
  • Meaningful Impact: Direct involvement in keeping vital medical facilities fully supplied and operational.
