About The Role
You will advise global clients on complex cross-border transactions, including project development, financings, acquisitions, and joint ventures, particularly across Latin America. The practice is known for its innovative deal structuring, international reach, and strong client relationships across energy, infrastructure, and technology markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support M&A and finance transactions in the energy, resources, and infrastructure sectors
- Draft and negotiate project agreements, corporate documents, and financing contracts
- Advise on cross-border investments, joint ventures, and technology transactions
- Collaborate closely with partners, senior associates, and clients on deal execution
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
- 2–4 years of experience in corporate M&A or finance at a top-tier firm (AmLaw 50 preferred)
- Strong academic background with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required
- Admission to the Florida Bar (or willingness to sit for the exam)
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative, international environment
