Project Control Analyst

Airswift is seeking a Project Control Analyst to work for one of our major Energy clients in Charlotte, NC for an initial 3-year contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Support projects throughout their full lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion
• Track and monitor project schedules, budgets, and funding to ensure alignment with project objectives
• Apply project controls best practices to assess progress, identify risks, and support informed decision-making
• Utilize scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project in accordance with established standards
• Analyze project data and provide clear insights to project teams and leadership
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different levels of leadership
• Adapt to changes in scope, priorities, and timelines while maintaining project integrity
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations clearly and effectively

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or project controls
• Experience working on projects and understanding end-to-end project delivery
• Knowledge of project funding, budgeting, and cost tracking
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership
