We are looking for an Assurance-Audit Associate. This is a hybrid position and will be based in Atlanta, GA.
You will make an impact by:
- Identifying key risks in Siemens’s operational and/or financial environment and developing an understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy to provide analysis and interpretation to management.
- Designing and executing comprehensive audits following the agile audit methodology to address identified risks.
- Independently drive assurance objectives, define and align conclusions, and recommend improvements to drive change in the organization.
- Foster innovation and further development of processes and methodology as well as develop and promote digital use cases that increase coverage and overall assurance in cooperation with our data analytics team.
- Participate in meetings with Senior Management and drive discussions about observations, conclusions, and next steps from the engagement.
- 5+ years of relevant engineering, project management, bid management, or other relevant operational experience in industries like Siemens (technology, software, or solution) or comparable experience within Siemens.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, physics, or other relevant technical subjects.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%, both domestically and internationally.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in other languages beyond English (Spanish, in particular) is a nice to have.
- Experience in an international working/professional environment.
- Experience in project management (Agile, PMP, PM@Siemens certificate).

- The pay range for this position is $91,463-$156,794 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
