We are looking for a driven and curious Project Controls Professional in Tampa, FL to support our Program Management Team.
You’ll have the chance to work on this team providing solid forecasting, cost engineering, reporting and subcontractor invoicing.

Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or other business management related degree; (OR) equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
- At least 5 years of project cost controls experience.
- Experience with Project Controls Tools EcoSys, Oracle, Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues.
- Specific experience in tracking actual costs, commitments, and accruals in cost systems.
- Support updates to Estimate at Completion and Cash Flow Forecasts.
- Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues.
- MS Office skills to include Excel.
- Intermediate skills with My Payables, Unifier, IPCS, and Polaris, plus other proprietary system tools.
- Cost estimating experience.
The base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $95,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
