The Opportunity
As Associate (Cost Management) you will be involved in:
- Playing a leading role in a commercial and residential cost management team, ensuring that you deliver a high-quality service to our clients (Pre Contract and Post Contract)
- Reviewing and signing off on service deliverables prior to issuance to clients & maintain a high level of quality control
- Attending client facing meetings including managing & maintaining strong client relationships
- Attending relevant networking events and other promotional opportunities
- Staff management – inputting into the forma mentoring and management of staff
- Managing the delivery of cost management outputs in line with agreed timeline, quality, expectations and client requirements.
- Have strong cost management experience in a dynamic environment
- Have 7+ years pre and post contract experience in the relevant sectors
- Have the required competency to attend client facing and commercial meetings
- Have the required competency to mentor junior staff members
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or quantity surveying
- Are chartered and ideally a member of the SCSI/ RICS
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun .
