The Opportunity

Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team with several upcoming large projects in the pipeline.

This is a key commercial role where you’ll be working on technically complex builds, including large-scale logistics, warehousing and industrial facilities.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing subcontractor procurement, tendering and letting of trade packages
  • Administering contracts, variations, RFIs and progress claims
  • Supporting cost reporting, forecasting and commercial tracking across the project lifecycle
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications and scopes to ensure contractual clarity
  • Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and internal delivery teams
  • Identifying commercial risks and supporting value engineering initiatives
  • Assisting with project close-out and final account processes

About You

  • Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
  • 3–6+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial or industrial construction
  • Experience on industrial, logistics or large-format projects highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of contracts, procurement and cost control
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work closely with site and project teams
