Revenue Operations Coordinator

Global Data & AI Consultancy are at a super exciting point in the company’s growth, they are really hitting their straps. We are looking for someone has the ability to get up and running quickly in a flexible, less-established environment

This role works closely with the Managing Director and is a key hire in both revenue and operations owning the revenue lifecycle working between the commercial team and finance at every stage.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue client contracts and SOWs

Process last minute contract changes and reissue updated versions fast

Review and approve timesheets, check hours against budget, chase down discrepancies

Keep the project system accurate and support the rollout with finance

Catch discrepancies before they hit billing or reporting

Put forward practical process improvements and follow them through

Keep the MD informed of ending engagement & consultant utilisation

Candidates must have:

Experience working in Professional Services or Consulting or other fast growth businesses

Experience in commercial operations, project finance or PS operations

Understand the mechanics of a services business: contracts, timesheets, budgets, billing and utilisation.

Meticulous, highly autonomous with strong Excel including pivot tables and lookups

Experience to tools like ProjectWorks or Harvest, plus a CRM and Xero or similar.

Degree qualified.

Some flexibility for occasional evenings to liaise with the UK team.

$125,000–$135,000 plus super
