Essential Job Duties
- Coordinate with Engineering teams on capital project status, budgets, purchase orders, and project closeout activities.
- Support processing and coordination of payment documentation with Accounts Payable.
- Track project expenditures, procurement activities, and cost performance; flag potential risks, variances, or budget concerns.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial and project documentation.
- Assist with multi-year capital planning efforts by compiling and organizing relevant data.
- Provide regular updates and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Support validation of return on investment (ROI) for capital projects related to savings and productivity.
- Maintain and track labor and overhead cost center data.
- Prepare and submit journal entries as required.
- Coordinate and maintain quarterly asset inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Initiate and track Capital Request workflows, ensuring proper routing and approvals.
- Assign project numbers and distribute Business Intelligence (BI) codes.
- Schedule and support monthly financial/project review meetings with project managers.
- Assist in reviewing project closeout documentation to ensure proper asset tracking and depreciation setup.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to Engineering and Finance teams as needed.
- Provides administrative and financial support to Engineering and Finance teams. Works under general supervision with responsibility for maintaining accurate records, tracking project data, and supporting decision-making processes.

- Ability to produce mass balances for Manufacturing and Packaging systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Business Intelligence systems (e.g., Oracle) preferred.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Finance, and Project Management.
- Basic understanding of financial processes and project tracking.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in administrative, project coordination, or financial support roles preferred.
- Travel to other sites/campuses to share best practices. Travel of approximately 10%.
$55,366.00 - $93,842.00
Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location.
