Grants Coordinator II

This employee will manage grants and contracts for a moderately complex financial system.
Job Duties Include
- Serve as a resource to the Principal Investigators for budget guidelines and compliance regulations for assigned grants.
- Add or return budget for assigned grants.
- Prepare invoices in SCEIS. Request reimbursement in federal financial systems.
- Post journal entries for indirect costs. Track and monitor assigned subrecipient expenditures and budgets.
- Prepare Federal Financial Reports or any other required reporting forms requested by the federal agency.
Preferred Qualifications
Two (2) years of experience preferred. Experience with Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) accounting, grants, and BEX reporting systems. Ability to assess complex grants and contract independently and the discretion necessary to carry out all job responsibilites with minimal supervision.
