We're growing our team on an ongoing basis and are always interested in hearing from capable Quantity Surveyors and Cost Managers.

THE ROLE - You'll manage cost and commercial delivery on your own packages and projects, pre- and post-contract, working closely with clients and senior colleagues.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own cost planning, estimating and cost reporting on live projects
• Manage measurement, tendering and procurement
• Handle post-contract cost control, valuations and final accounts
• Build strong client relationships and support junior colleagues

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics (SCSI/RICS accredited)
• Around 2–5 years' cost management experience — consultancy (PQS) background strongly preferred
• Chartered (MSCSI/MRICS), or well on the way — we'll support your APC if you're not yet chartered
• Sector exposure to data centres or pharma is an advantage
