Your Impact

As a key member of the pre-construction team, you will:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for complex construction projects
• Analyse technical drawings, specifications, and tender documentation with precision
• Request and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations to build accurate cost structures
• Develop smart, realistic budgets aligned with client expectations and project feasibility
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and technical optimisations without compromising quality
• Conduct post-project financial analysis (nacalculaties) to improve future accuracy and performance
• Contribute insights that directly improve pricing strategies and project outcomes
• Support and guide junior team members as you grow into a more senior responsibility

What You Bring:

You are someone who combines technical understanding with strong financial thinking:

• Bachelor degree in Construction / Engineering or equivalent experience
• Relevant experience in construction estimating or cost control
• Strong numerical and analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic project environment
• Problem-solver who can think in alternatives and solutions, not just numbers
• Confident with PC tools, Excel, and BIM-related workflows
• Fluent in Dutch
