🚀 We’re Hiring a Contracts Coordinator!

Are you someone who loves keeping things organized, driving processes forward, and making an impact behind the scenes? We’re looking for a motivated Contracts Coordinator to join our team and help power our contract operations from start to finish!

In This Role, You’ll

✅ Manage contract intake through the Portal and ensure every request is high-quality before it moves forward

🤝 Be the go-to point of contact for vendors and stakeholders, coordinating documentation and signatures with ease

✍️ Support seamless contract execution through DocuSign — from routing to final completion

📦 Raise purchase orders in Ariba and lead new vendor setups in coordination with our Supplier Management and TPRM teams

📊 Help track team performance by contributing to dashboards and reporting
