We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting for the Power Delivery MEC businesses. This role will work closely with finance, operations, and project teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and improve business performance.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, and results driven, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.


Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Support the annual budget and monthly forecast processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year results.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and key performance metrics to support business decisions.
  • Partner with operations and project teams to evaluate project performance, profitability, revenue, labor utilization, and cost trends.
  • Create and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and management presentations to improve visibility into business performance.
  • Support ad hoc financial analyses and strategic initiatives as needed.


Process Improvement:

  • Drive efficiency in financial processes and reporting.
  • Implement and optimize ERP and financial tools.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, or corporate finance.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Understanding of financial statements and key business performance metrics.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, JD Edwards, Vista, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
