This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative North American finance team supporting manufacturing operations in Loves Park, IL and Milwaukee, WI. What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the finance business partner for Supply Chain leaders, providing guidance and support on financial performance and decision-making.
- Analyze and monitor production costs, inventory levels, operating expenses, capital investments, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare and consolidate variance analyses, forecasts, and performance reports, delivering timely insights to stakeholders and supporting action plans.
- Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process, helping improve financial visibility and planning accuracy.
- Support compliance with reporting standards while collaborating with regional and divisional finance teams to strengthen financial processes and performance.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Some experience in controlling, financial analysis, or a similar finance function, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and confidently to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience working with SAP ERP, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Hyperion (HFM), and Microsoft Office, with the ability to build financial models and generate meaningful reports.
