Job Summary
We are looking for a Contracting Specialist with solid experience in the Travel & Hospitality industry, particularly in B2B contracting and OTA (Online Travel Agencies).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating and managing hotel contracts, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and B2B partners, and ensuring competitive rates and commercial terms across our distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and manage B2B and hotel contracts with suppliers, hotels, and travel partners.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, and B2B partners.
- Manage contracts and commercial agreements with OTAs and online distribution channels.
- Negotiate competitive room rates, availability, commissions, promotions, and commercial terms.
- Review and update hotel contracts, rate agreements, special offers, and allotments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure contracted rates and conditions are accurately implemented.
- Monitor contract performance, rates, availability, and market competitiveness.
- Follow up on contract renewals, amendments, and expiration dates.
- Identify new contracting opportunities and potential hotel/supplier partnerships.
- Resolve contractual and commercial issues with suppliers and partners.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, rates, terms, and agreements.
- Work closely with Sales, Reservations, Product, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of contracted agreements.
- Prepare regular reports related to contracting activities, supplier performance, and commercial agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Contracting within Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality.
- Strong experience in B2B contracting is required.
- Previous experience dealing with OTAs / Online Travel Agencies is highly preferred.
- Experience dealing with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, or hospitality suppliers.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of hotel rates, contracts, commissions, allotments, promotions, and commercial terms.
