Our team is looking for a Junior Contract Management Officer with around a year of experience.

Your role:

• Maintain accurate records and operational tracking information
• Ensure timely and compliant handling of requests and assignments
• Support the execution of framework contract activities according to established procedures
• Support interactions with internal stakeholders and client representatives
• Assist in resolving operational issues and escalating delivery risks when necessary
• Contribute to maintaining high service quality and stakeholder satisfaction

Your profile:

Must have

• Around 1 year of experience in operations, contract administration, service delivery, recruitment coordination, or related functions
• Fluent English and French.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience working in structured and process-driven environments.
• Experience in International Organisations contracts is an advantage.
• Experience preparing operational data, documentation, and reporting activities
• Dutch/Flemish language
