Contract Manager

Location: Belgium | Hybrid

Scope: BeNe | Experience: Junior to Medior – up to 7 years

About the Role

We are looking for a Contract Manager to support customer projects across the BeNe region.

This is a hybrid role, with approximately one trip per month to Amsterdam. Depending on your location and experience, you will have the possibility to work from the Brussels office and/or from home, to be discussed during the recruitment process.

This role is ideal for a Junior to Medior professional looking to develop expertise in contract management, commercial risk and project financial performance. You will work closely with Project Management, Legal, Finance and Supply Chain teams, with progressive autonomy and support from experienced Contract Management colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Support contract reviews, tender activities and contract handovers.
• Identify and manage contractual, commercial, scope and schedule risks.
• Support Project Managers with contract administration and contractual obligations.
• Contribute to change management, variation orders, claims and contractual correspondence.
• Support margin protection, cost control, cash flow and forecasting.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure compliant and profitable project delivery.
• Contribute to Contract Management processes, governance and best practices.

Profile

• Up to 7 years of experience in a project-based environment.
• Background in electrical engineering, construction, energy, infrastructure, commercial, legal, finance or project management.
• Experience with MV/LV or electrical projects is a plus.
• Strong interest in contracts, customer projects and commercial topics.
• Structured, proactive, curious and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional environment.
