Queensland Glass is one of Australia’s premier suppliers of glazing, aluminium and environmental graphics to the commercial services sector.

Our portfolio encompasses a wide range of projects in the building and construction sector from shop and office fit-outs, internal and external refurbishments, through to glazed facades and specialist architectural solutions

Queensland Glass Specialises In The Following

  • Manufacture of specialised commercial aluminium and glazed window & door products.
  • Project management of all glazed aspects in commercial applications.
  • Conceptualisation, production, application and project management of environmental graphic solutions and ideas.

As The Ideal Candidate You Will Likely Have

  • Circa 3+ years of industry experience and understanding of the construction industry with preference towards glass and aluminium
  • Proficiency in Aconex, Bluebeam, Microsoft suite of programs including Microsoft project
  • A good breadth of technical and facade industry-based experience
  • Preparing and organising contractual documentation
  • Document control including interpreting of project drawings, schedules and specifications
  • Exceptional time management with the ability to effectively prioritise and meet deadlines
  • The ability to liaise professionally and courteously with internal staff, builders, architects, suppliers and merchants
  • Sound commercial understanding regarding subcontractor set up and assessing progress claims and completing payment schedules.
  • Supporting Project Managers with daily tasks
  • Liaise with the procurement and planning team to ensure lead times for procurement are inline with project requirements
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (key to client presentations)
  • Australian experience and full working rights are essential
