Position Summary
The Administrative Fellowship position is an 18-month, full-time, temporary position with benefits. The program includes a 12-month project-based experience followed by 6 months in an interim leadership role. During the first 12 months of the fellowship, the fellow will learn about system-wide hospital and ambulatory administration through a variety of projects in operations, strategy, finance, etc. The interim leadership role will provide experience and guidance in people leadership.
Requirements
External Candidates:
- Master’s degree — typically an MHA, MBA, MPH, MHSA, MSHA or MSN
- Graduation date must be between September 1 and June 30
- Master’s degree in any field
- Employed at MultiCare for at least a year at the time of application.
