Description
The Finance Analyst II reports to the Director of Project Controls and has a dotted line reporting to the Manager of Project Controls. This position is responsible for overseeing financial activities related to construction projects, with a strong emphasis on cost tracking, contract compliance, billing accuracy, and project-level financial controls. This role supports the full project lifecycle by ensuring financial data integrity, monitoring budgets and expenditures, and partnering with project teams to maintain alignment between financial performance and project progress. The estimated pay range for this position is $58494.88 - $76043.34 / year depending on experience.
Qualifications
Degrees:
- Bachelors
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or related business discipline required.
- 5 years of experience in construction, accounting, project accounting, or cost control preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, project accounting, and construction financial processes preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to details.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and financial modeling/reporting tools.
- Experience with construction project systems or similar platforms a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication Skills.
