- Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to meet deadlines, strong attention to detail, and a focus on superior customer service
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills combined with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication, planning, problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills
- Must be able to manage a consistent workload in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to build work relationships among a diverse workforce at all levels
- Due to the requirements of our research contracts with the U.S. federal government, candidates for this position must be a U.S. citizen
- Due to the requirements of this work, candidates for this position must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Minimum of four years of related experience in Government contracting or subcontracting, and/or purchasing
- Experience with FAR/DFAR clauses and terms
- Advanced degree in related field
