- Generate and release purchase orders that support construction schedules and operational timelines.
- Review construction plans and customer selections to verify estimate accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Process estimate revisions and change orders while maintaining system accuracy.
- Perform quality checks by comparing estimates across similar projects to ensure consistency.
- Maintain accurate data within estimating systems, Excel upload templates, and related databases.
- Follow established estimating standards, procedures, and quality control processes.
- Partner with senior team members to resolve complex estimating scenarios.
- Support departmental production needs and assist with additional estimating assignments as business needs evolve.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in residential construction or production homebuilding.
- Exposure to estimating software, ERP systems, or database-driven workflows.
- Experience working with large datasets and standardized business processes.
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders through telephone and face-to-face interaction.
- Must be able to operate standard office equipment including a computer, calculator, and copier.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing computer-based work.
