Summary

This position is in Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO). The incumbent serves as a senior Program Analyst and Project Manager responsible for analyzing and making recommendations with respect to initiatives and issues related to evaluating program areas, developing, and administering surveys and analyzing data.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of the announcement including specialized experience and/or education, as defined below. Specialized Experience: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-13 level) that demonstrates the statements below: - Conducted audit liaison functions with GAO and OIG (or similar groups) and prepared advisories for senior managers; - Prepared audit responses that complied with current policies and met GAO and OIG (or similar groups) requirements; - Designed and executed analytical studies and cost-benefit analyses to develop business cases for Company/Agency projects. - Coordinated and integrated project activities and managed project resources, including contracts for specialized services; - Led multidisciplinary teams to design, conduct, and implement Company/Agency program evaluation surveys. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
