Location: Camden, NJ (Onsite)
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute sourcing and purchasing from RFQ through PO award, including proposals, bid reviews, and PO changes.
- Support supplier identification, competitive sourcing (RFQ/RFP), clarifications, and bid leveling.
- Prepare price comparisons and total-cost analyses to support negotiations and award recommendations.
- Coordinate with engineering, project controls, and construction to confirm scope, specifications, and procurement strategy.
- Maintain procurement trackers (RFQs, awards, POs, suppliers) and support basic spend/commitment reporting.
- Keep procurement files and commercial documentation audit-ready and aligned with quality requirements.
- Coordinate supplier quality, inspection, and documentation requirements during selection and PO placement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or a related role (internships/co-ops considered).
- Basic understanding of purchasing processes and supplier coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team environment.
- Must be eligible to work under U.S. federal code 10 CFR 810.
- Internship or early experience in construction, manufacturing, or energy projects.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment or technical drawings is a plus.
- Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or procurement software.
- Interest in nuclear energy or clean energy technologies.
- Annual compensation based on skills and experience ranging from $75,000 to $90,000.
