Job Summary
Perform contract activities within Contracts Department. Provide support to Manager of Contracts & Bids, NA Sales Management, and National Accounts.
Essential Functions
- Create contracts, price lists, and other contract documents Maintain Electronic files for Contracts in ZOLL's Contract Lifecycle Management Software
- Field calls from Field Sales and Customer Service regarding national accounts , contracts, and pricing issues and information
- Maintain and update customer pricing in Oracle system as required
- Respond to miscellaneous data/report requests
- Review terms and conditions for compliance with ZOLL's standard policies and legal requirements and elevate to appropriate levels for review
- Support Contracts Department, National Sales Accounts, and Senior Management, as needed
- Complete other department projects as assigned by Contracts Manager
- 3 - 5+ years contracts experience, preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
- Strong overall computer skills - high level of proficiency with Excel, Word, databases and the internet are essential
- Knowledge of reporting software (i.e. Crystal) is desirable
- Contracts and National Accounts experience
- Experience working with Oracle and other ERP systems a plus
- Ability to retain and recall previously introduced processes and procedures
- Ability to prioritize work
- Ability to work independently after training
- Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred
The Hourly Pay Rate For This Position Is
$28.00 to $35.00
