About the Opportunity
Winston Staffing is currently seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy Documentation Admin to support the leasing operations of a leading commercial finance enterprise. This position offers an excellent long-term opportunity (projected through early 2027) to gain high-level exposure to commercial equipment leasing, financial contract originations, risk policy enforcement, and pipeline administration. Working within a structured, fast-paced corporate environment, you will play a critical role in processing lease transactions, validating contract details, and issuing purchase order approvals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lease & Transaction Processing: Review and dissect equipment lease transactions pursuant to corporate operational guidelines and risk management policies.
- PO Approval & Authorization: Issue Purchase Order Approvals up to assigned authority limits for equipment end-users and authorized dealerships.
- Data Validation & Quality Control: Perform high-accuracy data entry, validating pricing, rates, yields, and MSRP requirements based on assigned channel guidelines.
- UCC Process Execution: Learn and execute Uniform Commercial Code processes, including timing and management of UCC-1 and UCC-3 filings.
- Pipeline Management: Monitor transaction queues, manage PO Pends and Fund Pends, and handle Delivery & Acceptance (D&A) verifications with supervisor assistance.
- Lease Lifecycle Management: Distinguish and reconcile complex lease upgrade programs (Upgrade to Return, Upgrade to Keep, Customer Buyout) and process lease terminations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with dealers, customers, and internal finance teams to manage money movement and resolve contract questions efficiently.
Candidate Qualifications
- Experience: 0–2+ years of experience in equipment leasing, commercial finance, contract administration, or general financial/bookkeeping operations. (Prior leasing experience is preferred, but candidates with strong financial/admin aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
- Core Skills: Strong keyboarding and data entry accuracy; excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical Aptitude: Ability to read basic contracts, understand financial liability, and identify documentation irregularities that require supervisory escalation.

Schedule & Workstyle Requirements
- Workstyle: Hybrid (Mandatory on-site presence 2 days per week).
