Procurement Analyst

- Support acquisition planning, market research, and strategy development
- Prepare and review pre-award documentation and solicitations
- Perform cost/price analysis and support evaluations
- Assist with contract administration, modifications, and closeout
- Analyze procurement data and generate reports
- Ensure compliance and support process improvements
Work Location: This position is onsite 5 days/week in Rockville, MD. Seventh Sense will support your commute by contributing over $1,500 annually to your Transportation FSA.
Qualifications
- Experience preparing acquisition metrics and dashboards for NIH or HHS organizations.
- Experience analyzing Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT), procurement workload, and contract performance metrics.
- Experience with NIH reporting tools and acquisition data systems.
- The Procurement Analyst shall possess a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Substitution: In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of five (5) years of directly relevant federal acquisition experience may be accepted.
