- Provide data entry support in actioning of rate setup change requests as approved by team leadership
- Oversee the assignment of Change Requests to responsible Analysts based on Practice Group assignment
- Provide data entry support for new and to be updated Non-Standard Arrangements in the Client Arrangements Non-Standard Arrangements Repository
- Oversee the Client Arrangements Group Inbox and alert team to time sensitive/urgent inquiries
- Assist in providing timely response to inquiries on client arrangement terms
- Provide support in requests for time, billing, and disbursement rules setup
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Prior experience with electronic billing systems, Aderant Expert and Rate Hierarchy a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client service, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
- Ability to work in a team environment and share knowledge
Target Hiring Range $59,000 - $90,000
Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWS provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
