About Your The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from procurement through to final account. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will help ensure projects are delivered successfully while maintaining strong commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Preparing and evaluating subcontractor packages and procurement schedules.
• Assessing and processing subcontractor payments.
• Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Monitoring project expenditure and reporting on commercial performance.
• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
• Supporting contract administration and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Collaborating with site and project management teams to achieve project objectives.

What You Will Need

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor, developer, or consultancy.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and cost management principles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
