Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Cost Management

We're continually growing, and we're always keen to connect with talented Assistant Quantity Surveyors / Assistant Cost Managers ready to take the next step.

THE ROLE

• Working alongside our chartered cost managers, you'll support the full cost management lifecycle and gain hands-on experience across live, high-profile projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support cost planning, estimating and measurement (BoQ)
• Help prepare tender and procurement documentation
• Assist with cost reporting, valuations and post-contract administration
• Learn directly from chartered mentors on mission-critical schemes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics — SCSI/RICS accredited
• Around 1–3 years' experience; a placement or early experience in a consultancy (PQS) is a real advantage
• Strong numeracy and Excel; exposure to CostX, Cubit or Bluebeam welcome
• Genuine drive to become chartered
