Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and monitors the framework of contracts and partnerships related to field services
- Monitors Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contractual obligations of partners and service providers
- Collaborates with Procurement, Legal and Operations teams to develop, review and optimize collaboration contracts
- Develops governance, monitoring and reporting mechanisms to evaluate partner performance
- Coordinates corrective actions, escalations and performance improvement plans where required
- Ensures that partners operate in accordance with PPC's quality, customer experience and compliance standards
- Supports the development of new services and new partner categories through appropriate contractual frameworks
- Participates in the development of scorecards, provider evaluation frameworks and governance dashboards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute or Vocational Training Institute
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience in Contract Management or Vendor Management, involving the management of partners or service delivery networks and/or experience in monitoring and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Knowledge of reporting tools will be considered an additional qualification
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
- Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
- Availability for urgent geographical relocations
