Contract Operations Specialist

About the Role

Manage customer contracts, renewals, extensions, and terminations. Prepare, review, and coordinate contracts, agreements, and regulatory documents. Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Billing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to facilitate contract execution. Coordinate with customers and external stakeholders to support onboarding and compliance requirements. Track contract milestones, regulatory submissions, and switching schedules. Maintain accurate customer and contract records using Salesforce and other business systems. Generate reports and trackers while ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Experience in contract administration, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with customers, regulators, government agencies, or utility companies is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Background in the energy, utilities, telecommunications, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
