Work you'll do
As a Specialist Lead, Procurement and Category Management on the GPS Contracts Sector Team, you will be responsible for:
- Advise account teams on federal subcontract administration matters across the contract lifecycle.
- Review, analyze, and negotiate complex subcontracts to support engagement strategy, revenue objectives, and retention goals.
- Provide subcontract support to account leadership on federal pursuits, including shaping win strategies and supporting subcontracting approaches.
- Compile, analyze, and maintain subcontract data, documentation, and historical records across internal systems and databases.
- Develop and maintain subcontract files, reporting, and process documentation in accordance with government regulations and Deloitte procurement policies.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of professional work experience in subcontracts administration
- 3+ years of experience supporting the Federal Acquisition Lifecycle
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- CSR experience
- Experience supporting DS&J subcontracts
- Experience with Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Deep experience of federal contracting regulations
- Desire for continued professional growth
