Responsibilities
- Business Partner of the different MRTTs and Derivatives Programs Directors, supporting the decision-making process to ensure that the financial objectives are fulfilled.
- Proposes and secures the company financial targets of the Programmes under his/her control (Contracts and Development Projects),
- Drives the programmes Estimate at Completion process. Supports and challenges the financial impacts of decisions within the programmes and measures the achievement of financial performance/targets (revenues, margin, cash-in...) of the programme, highlighting deviations and risks.
- Establishes (define, harmonize and ensure consistency and compliance to accounting standards and internal controls) and manages the Programme financial reporting to be consolidated and reported at company and Airbus level: OP, forecasts, actuals, decision on accounting criteria applicable to the programmes, etc. Interfaces with Airbus Finance, Airbus D&S Finance, Financial auditors.
- Organizes programme financial reviews, derive corrective measures, monitors the action plan and ensure consistency with other processes: EVM, EAC, ERM, OP/FC... -Interfaces with the related Chief Engineers, Procurement, Head of Program in Operations, Head of Program in Services, Functions Controllers
- Manage and coordinate all financial aspects of the contractual clauses. Secures the customer collection process (Cash management) and achievement of cash targets.
- Degree in Finance, Econbomics, Business Administration, Industrial Eng. or related field.
- Proven experience in Finance/Controlling functions supporting defence programmes.
- Hands-on experience in data analytics, digitalization and process automation initiatives.
- Knowledege of programming languages (Python, SQL, VBA or equivalent) and their application to finance and business processes.
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools.
