Who You Are
The Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems Sensors, Effectors & Mission Systems (SEMS) team is seeking a Deputy Logistics Project Manager (LPM) to work with the COEs and support the program teams. The Deputy LPM is to assist the LPM in staying aligned on program status and performance and act as the single Point of Contact (POC) for all Global Sustainment (GS) activities for a given program. They are responsible for the overall technical, cost, schedule and quality performance of the GS activities. The LPM work is categorized into the “Design-Build-Sustain” concept. The LPM bridges program requirements with Global Sustainment capabilities to ensure resources are applied efficiently and effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assisting in developing Rough Order of
Basis of Estimates (BOE’s), and related
Subcontractor Statements of Work (SOW) for
new and continuing efforts
- Assisting in the planning, development, and
(IMS) and baseline execution plans
- Liaison with GS Center of Excellence (COE)
the collection, evaluation, and integration of ILS
project/product execution status
- Assisting in the identification, collection, and
source data necessary to support ILS product
development, including coordination efforts to
address shortfalls.
- Assisting in the development and delivery of
other ILS deliveries and services
- Monitoring adherence to GS and program
development and services
- Collecting metrics and preparing progress
regarding GS efforts
- Perform the functions of a Control Account
(EVM)
- Liaison with external customer and LM

Basic Qualifications

- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word,
- Strong project coordination and time
- Experience in or knowledge of one or more of
- ILS product development (e.g. training,
publications, provisioning, etc…)
- ILS requirements analysis and definition
- ILS product interdependencies
- ILS-related tools and technologies
- Sustainment Services (e.g. maintenance &
performance-based
logistics, obsolescence management)
- Customer interface experience
- Willingness and ability for infrequent domestic
Desired Skills
- Previous experience participating on an
- Previous experience working in a Global
- Previous experience in managing a project
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Certified Cost Account Manager (CAM) or
Management (EVM)
- Experience developing, reviewing or
(BOEs) and/ or Statements of Work

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
