Work you'll do
As a Services Associate, Contracts and Procurement Services on the Centralized Contracts Team (CCT), you will be responsible for:
- Supporting key contract administration activities, including invoice review and approval, contract management coordination, and competitive pricing analysis for subcontract procurement
- Entering contract award data into Vantagepoint and helping maintain accuracy across contract management records
- Developing, distributing, and archiving contract briefs and related documentation through workflow and document management tools
- Reviewing contracts, identifying anomalies, clarifying contract terms, and coordinating with contract managers and stakeholders on required actions
- Managing assigned work in line with defined service level agreements while completing tasks in accordance with policy and operational requirements
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree; Law preferred
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Lifecycle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience reviewing contractual documents and summarizing compliance requirements
- Knowledge of Power BI, data analytics tools, or artificial intelligence tools and their business applications
- Experience supporting contract administration, procurement, or subcontracting processes
- Experience working with contract management systems such as Vantagepoint, Costpoint, or similar platforms
- Experience preparing and distributing contract briefs or maintaining contract documentation
- Knowledge of U.S. Federal, State, Local, or Higher Education contracting environments
