We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Manager to join our team in Poland. As Senior Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for leadind end-to-end inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, cost and service targets are met while driving continuous improvement and developing teams in collaboration with internal partners and 3PL vendors.


Responsibilities:

  • Plans and oversees strategic, operational, and administrative tasks, projects, and/or services of broad significance to the organization within the designated functional area of focus – Warehouse Operations Management.
  • Responsible for achieving safety, quality, productivity, employee satisfaction, business targets.
  • Drives continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Owns operational performance, ensuring achievement of safety, quality, productivity, labour cost and service level targets.
  • Leads cross-functional initiatives with Planning, Engineering, Quality, HR and other business partners to improve warehouse performance.
  • Builds leadership capability through coaching, succession planning and development of Warehouse Managers, Area Managers and Team Leaders.
  • Mentors and develops leaders and staff.
  • Anticipates, recognizes, and deals effectively with existing or potential conflicts at the individual, group, or situation level.
  • Collaborates effectively with 3PL vendors to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Reports to Warehouse Director.
  • Area of responsibility (but not limited to) - Inbound and Outbound Operations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics or related field.
  • 7+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
  • Experience leveraging problem-solving and data analysis skills to drive high judgement decisions.
  • Establish and maintain healthy working relationships with customers, peers, direct reports, and stakeholder teams.
  • Fluent Polish
  • English B2


Preferred qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented work environment.
  • Expert use of MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent Polish
  • English C1
