Responsibilities

  • Based on the daily total capacity plan and the order occupancy ratio of each warehouse, clarify the production plan for each national production line and the picking plan for each sub-warehouse;
  • Create and issue picking waves according to the FIFO principle;
  • Monitor the picking capacity achievement and balance of each warehouse hourly, flexibly adjust the picking plan quantity and wave issuance quantity of each warehouse to ensure the balance of picking waves across warehouses;
  • Streamline and formulate wave control strategies to ensure the picking capacity and wave balance of each warehouse;
  • Explore and promote a balanced production strategy across all stages to avoid backlogs or flow interruptions.


Working hours:


Sun. - Wed. - Day Shift - 6:00 - 16:45

Sun. - Wed. - Night Shift - 18:00 - 4:45

Wed. - Sat. - Day Shift - 6:00 - 16:45

Wed. - Sat. - Night Shift - 18:00 - 4:45


After each shift there are 3 days off.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics/Supply Chain/IE/OR; solid data analysis and process optimization skills.
  • 3–5 years in multi‑site warehouse ops and wave planning; proficient in FIFO and pick/wave strategies; peak‑season readiness.
  • Strong in capacity loading and hourly cadence control; able to dynamically balance picking and waves across sites; cross‑functional coordination and issue closure.
  • Advanced Excel/SQL & BI (Power BI/Tableau) and mainstream WMS rule configuration; KPI‑driven (attainment, productivity, balance, WIP).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Polish
