- Creating, reviewing, correcting, and managing trade documents for air, ocean, and ground transactions, including import and export activities.
- Supporting customs clearance, vendor pre-alert validation, audit tracking, and broker communications.
- Supporting regional trade compliance processes, including customs clearance and certificate management activities.
- Investigating and resolving documentation issues, customs discrepancies, and export data discrepancies across regions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- 1–2 years of equivalent work experience in global trade compliance, customs operations, or logistics
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an asset
- Previous experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP
- Project management experience
- Personal attributes: Detail-oriented mindset, effective communication skills, and strong analytical skills
